Everything You Need to Know About 4uviz

Whether you are brand new to 4uviz or you have been betting with us through several PSL seasons, there are always questions that come up. This FAQ page covers the most common ones — from getting your account set up and depositing PKR through JazzCash or Easypaisa, to understanding how live Cricket odds work and what happens to your winnings when a match is abandoned due to rain. We have organised everything into clear sections so you can find what you are looking for without having to scroll through irrelevant content.

Important: 4uviz is an 18+ platform. All users must be at least 18 years old to register and bet. Gambling involves financial risk — only use funds you can comfortably afford to lose. Set deposit and staking limits from within your account settings at any time.

Account & Login

Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistan mobile number, a valid email address and a password. Once you confirm your mobile number via OTP, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit. You must be 18 or older to register.

On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email address. A one-time PIN will be sent to your phone. Enter the PIN, set a new password and you are back in. The entire process takes two to three minutes and does not require contacting support.

No. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and will result in both accounts being suspended. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, use the password recovery option on the Login page rather than registering a second time.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your contact details from there. For security purposes, any change to your mobile number requires OTP verification on both the old and new number. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact us via the email address shown in the footer below.

An account can be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts — wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. Accounts can also be restricted if a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is active through the Responsible Gaming tools. These restrictions cannot be lifted early by support — they are designed that way to protect you. If neither situation applies, check the email address on your account for any verification requests.
Deposits & Withdrawals

4uviz supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit screen in your account dashboard once you are logged in.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed in real time in the vast majority of cases — your PKR balance updates within seconds of a successful transaction. During very high-traffic periods such as PSL finals or major T20 matches, there can be a delay of a few minutes. If your balance has not updated after 10 minutes, check your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history to confirm the transfer completed on your end before trying again.

Go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard, select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP members at higher tiers receive faster processing times. Make sure the mobile number or bank account you are withdrawing to matches the details registered on your 4uviz account.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits depend on the payment method selected and your current VIP tier. The exact limits for your account are displayed on the withdrawal screen when you are logged in. Higher VIP tiers unlock larger single-transaction limits and faster processing. Visit the VIP page to see the full tier breakdown.

Common reasons include: the withdrawal details do not match your registered account information, a pending identity verification step has not been completed, or an active bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is available. Check your account dashboard for any pending action items. If everything looks correct and the withdrawal is still delayed beyond 24 hours, check the email address on your account for any communication from our team.
Cricket & Sports Betting

4uviz covers Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, The Hundred and more), Football (major international leagues and tournaments), and Esports (CS:GO, Dota 2, Valorant and League of Legends). Pre-match and live in-play markets are available across all three. During PSL season, Cricket markets are the most extensive with ball-by-ball in-play options. If a match is abandoned before a result is possible under the relevant playing conditions (DLS method or minimum overs), all pre-match bets are voided and your PKR stake is returned to your account balance in full. In-play bets placed before the interruption follow the same rule unless a sufficient number of overs have been completed for a result to stand under DLS. Cash out is available on selected markets, particularly for major Cricket and Football fixtures. When cash out is available on one of your open bets, a cash out button and the current value in PKR will appear next to that bet in your account. The offered amount updates in real time based on the current in-play odds. Cash out is not available on every bet or every market — it depends on the specific event and market type.

Winning bets are settled as soon as the official result is confirmed — typically within a few minutes of the final whistle or last ball for Cricket. Once settled, your PKR winnings are added to your account balance immediately and are available for withdrawal right away. There is no delay between settlement and the funds appearing in your balance.
App & Download

The 4uviz app is available for both Android and iOS. Visit the Download page for full installation instructions and the direct download link. The Android APK can be installed directly — you may need to enable "Install from unknown sources" in your phone settings. The iOS version is available through the standard app installation method described on the download page.

Yes, completely. The app and the website share the same account. Your PKR balance, open bets, transaction history, VIP tier and account settings are all identical across both. You can switch between the app and the website mid-session without any issues — changes are reflected in real time on both.

Android blocks installation of APK files from outside the Play Store by default. To install the 4uviz app, go to your phone's Settings, then Security or Privacy, and enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow from this source" for your browser. VIP & Bonuses

The VIP programme rewards consistent activity on the platform. You earn points with every qualifying bet placed in PKR. As your points accumulate, you advance through VIP tiers — each higher tier unlocks better withdrawal limits, faster processing times and exclusive promotions during PSL season and major T20 tournaments. Your current tier, points balance and progress to the next level are all visible in your account dashboard. Visit the VIP page for the complete tier structure and reward details.

Each bonus has its own specific wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact terms for any active bonus are displayed in the Bonuses section of your account dashboard. Always read the bonus terms before opting in so you understand what is required before you can withdraw. If a bonus has not been activated yet, you can usually decline it without affecting your ability to withdraw your regular PKR balance.

VIP points have an activity-based validity period. If your account is inactive for an extended period, accumulated points may reduce or reset depending on your current tier. The exact inactivity policy for each tier is shown on the VIP page. To maintain your tier, simply keeping regular betting activity — even small PKR wagers — is sufficient during quieter periods between cricket seasons.
Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Reductions to your limit take effect immediately. Increases to a limit have a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate — this is intentional and cannot be bypassed. Full guidance on all available tools is on the Responsible Gaming page.

A self-exclusion is a voluntary restriction you place on your own account that prevents you from logging in and betting for a chosen period — from a short cooling-off break of a few days to a longer exclusion of months or more. It is available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be lifted early by support staff. If you feel your betting is becoming a problem, please use this tool or reach out to a professional support organisation for guidance.

Yes. Session time limits are available in the Responsible Gaming settings. You can set a maximum daily session length in minutes or hours. When you reach your limit, the platform will prompt you to take a break and can optionally log you out automatically.
